7-Day Return Period: If you receive a faulty or unsatisfactory product, you can return it to us within 7 days of receipt for a replacement or full refund.

Change of Mind Returns:

Return Conditions: We accept change of mind returns for unopened products only.
Restocking Fee: A 20% restocking fee is applicable for change of mind returns to cover processing and handling.
Return Process: Contact us within 7 days of receiving your order to arrange a return. Please note that return shipping costs for change of mind returns are the responsibility of the customer.
