Ingredients for Cupcakes:
- 1 ¾ cups all-purpose flour
- 1 ¼ tsp baking powder
- ½ tsp salt
- ½ cup unsalted butter, softened
- 1 cup sugar
- 3 large eggs
- 2 tsp vanilla extract
- ½ cup whole milk
Ingredients for Frosting:
- 1 cup unsalted butter, softened
- 4 cups powdered sugar
- 2-3 tbsp milk
- Colour Nature powders (red, blue, green, yellow, pink)
Directions:
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a cupcake pan with liners.
- Whisk flour, baking powder, and salt.
- Cream butter and sugar until fluffy. Beat in eggs, one at a time, then vanilla.
- Alternate adding dry ingredients and milk to the batter.
- Fill cupcake liners and bake for 18-20 minutes. Cool completely.
- For frosting, beat butter until creamy. Gradually add powdered sugar, then milk to reach desired consistency.
- Divide frosting into batches and color each with a different Colour Nature powder.
- Decorate cooled cupcakes with the colored frosting.
