This recipe creates stunning, glass-like shards using Colour Nature powders, adding an elegant and colorful flair to cakes, cupcakes, and other desserts.
Ingredients:
- 2 cups granulated sugar
- ¾ cup water
- ½ cup light corn syrup
- Colour Nature powders
Directions:
- Combine sugar, water, and corn syrup in a saucepan. Heat until the sugar dissolves and the mixture reaches 300°F (hard crack stage).
- Pour the hot mixture onto a silicone mat. Quickly mix in Colour Nature powder for color.
- Allow to cool and harden, then break into pieces for a glass-like decoration.
